Yes but the woman in question filed for a restraining order on Fassbender 6 months after they broke, almost immediately when his career was about to take off, and he was living in London while she lived in LA(so why would the restraining order even be necessary?). Then because of insufficient evidence and no injuries that warranted medical attention(even though she originally claimed he broke an ovarian cyst), she dropped the charges.I don’t think it’s fair to automatically assume Fassbender did anything especially when there’s enough insufficient evidence to prove that he didn’t. JMOHe’s a fantastic actor and certainly attractive, but…I can’t help but be very troubled by the accusations of abuse directed towards him by an ex-girlfriend. Everywhere I look, the data’s inconclusive. The charges were dropped by the ex, some sources say he was out of the country at the time and…
In many cases, victims drop charges when they feel threatened enough by their abuser. :/ And I’m not assuming. I looking at the evidence, and it’s inconclusive. Therefore I”m not making a conclusion.
I don’t want to be the rabid fangirl who always defends her favorite celebrities, such as in the case of Chris Brown and his supporters. Abuse is not okay. I’m just saying I want to recognize these accusations personally before I go all glowy-eyed over Fassbender.

Okay. See, keep in mind I hadn’t heard anything about whether physical checks for abuse had brought up anything....
